Fees
Guilford Technical Community College has established itself as one of the most diverse
training facilities in North Carolina. It is our goal to proactively meet the needs
of the Criminal Justice Community without charging fees.
There are some situations (out-of-state law enforcement,
some non-sworn agency personnel, etc.) and/or classes where fees will
be charged, but you will be made aware of these fees in advance.
Payment Procedures:
Since you are sending a non-sworn person to the class, a registration fee is required.
There are two ways to handle payment:
1. Check - Bring a check with you to class for the required amount.
2. Invoice - If you want to be invoiced, please bring a letter of authorization
from your sponsoring agency to class with you. The authorization letter should be
on business letterhead and must show the sponsor's billing address.
Invoice Procedures:
Registration paperwork will be completed on day one. The registration along with
the authorization letter will be used to start the invoice process. An invoice will
be sent to your department from our Finance Department.
Fee Structure:
Beginning on or after August 15, 2009, Continuing Education fees are:
